Please see 'Common Injuries' below for an indication of how we can help You
Treatments
Your initial consultation will include: an assessment of your body, especially your spine, if appropriate, and it’s overall influence on your issue; treatment and education, predominantly exercises and or posture correction. This will take at least 45 minutes. Your follow -up or standard consultations will involve at least 30 minutes with the physio, and more if necessary. We utilize some electrotherapy (ultrasound and tens)to but expect/consider that most clients want treatment by a qualified human, not a machine.
